    • Senior Management is responsible for leading by example and ensuring the policy is implemented and embedded throughout the organisation.
    • Line Managers are responsible for ensuring their teams understand and follow this policy and for handling concerns promptly and appropriately.
    • All Employees have a responsibility to treat others fairly and with respect, to support inclusive practices, and to report any discrimination or unfair treatment.

    5. Training and Awareness

    Equality and diversity training is provided to all staff to raise awareness and foster a respectful workplace culture. Additional training is offered to those with management or recruitment responsibilities.

    6. Recruitment and Employment Practices

    Our recruitment procedures are designed to be fair, transparent, and inclusive. We select candidates based on their skills, experience, and ability to perform the role. We aim to reduce bias and barriers through structured processes.

    7. Dealing with Complaints

    Any individual who believes they have been subjected to discrimination, harassment, or unfair treatment is encouraged to report it to their line manager or HR. All complaints will be taken seriously and handled confidentially, in line with our grievance procedures.

    8. Monitoring and Review

    We monitor diversity and inclusion metrics across our workforce to identify trends and inform decision-making. This policy is reviewed annually or when significant changes occur in legislation or our operations.
